The only nonsurgical way to reduce stomach fat is by losing total body fat by following  a safe exercise program and healthy diet plan. There is no proven way to “spot” reduce despite all the gadgets that promise a smaller waistline without diet.  Some people lose weight more quickly in different areas of the body, but you can’t control this or limit it to one area, so be patient, do the work and you’ll get results.
