survey is received it is hand-scored and evaluated. The
survey you take relates to your diet habits and food
choices over time. This survey helps us to make some
important assessments and recommendations for you. This
information is not arbitrary - and it is based upon a
scientifically valid way of evaluating your diet
intake. The specific diet recommendations will help you
reach certain goals for optimal, healthy eating and for
healthy weight goals. These recommendations promote good
cardiovascular health (lower cholesterol, lower sodium,
etc), help you to avoid unnecessary and potential
harmful food substances (promote cancer fighting foods)
and are recognized as being most likely to lead to long
term weight control.
Follow your recommendations and your eating guidelines,
and you'll obtain your diet and weight goals. It seems
simple, but the trick is to put all of these healthy
guidelines together and to build new habits that
