our dietitian can interactively measure each
person's progress to see how well members are doing.
This allows them to give praise and encouragement,
or jump in to help them get back on track.
For example, if you're starting weight was 186
pounds, and after 30 days of tracking, you've lost 7
pounds, we'd know that you're safely on your way to
reaching your goal of losing 40 pounds in 3-6 months
However if 30 days later, you only dropped 2 more
pounds, then we'd know something is not quite right
and we'd step in with what needed.
