Avoid
Falling Back To Your Old (BAD) Eating Habits…
When people reach
their weight loss goal they have reason to celebrate - and
that's okay. But, it's important not to let the celebration last
too long.
By now you
realize that lifelong changes need to be made, but often those
are the hardest to do, and you have to be careful not to revert
back to those bad old eating habits.
And, although now you can increase
your calories, or eat a few more of those restricted meals, you
still have to maintain the same eating preferences, activity
requirements, behavior and attitude in order to keep the weight
off.
This is
the time to shift gears and change your current diet into a
weight loss maintenance diet. And, it's always best if you can
make that change with far less effort.
There are
a few key strategies that need to be implemented. So once you
reach your desired weight (or BMI) it's crucial that your weight
loss plan be transitioned into a maintenance diet plan. With a
maintenance diet, you'll be able to transfer all of the positive
diet habits you've just learned into a positive way to sustain
your weight.
After
doing so well, you certainly don't want to ruin it; otherwise
you may find yourself starting the whole diet process over
again.
